My focus
I have extensive experience in preparing formation documents, petitions, and exemption applications for nonprofit organizations, helping them to obtain and maintain their tax-exempt status with the IRS. I also assist nonprofit clients with state-specific charity registrations and exemption applications, ensuring that they comply with the varying requirements of different jurisdictions. Additionally, I work with already incorporated entities to review and update their corporate governance documents, such as bylaws, policies, and resolutions, and complete necessary filings with state and federal agencies. I am committed to assisting NP's nonprofit clients with the regulatory challenges and opportunities that impact their missions and operations.

I plan to assist NP's nonprofit clients to successfully comply with the ever-changing state and federal regulatory requirements that impact nonprofit organizations.
