Allison K. Regan is a litigation associate within the firm’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group, and sits in the firm’s Manchester office. Allison represents entities and individuals in a wide variety of complex litigation and investigations.
I represent clients in all phases of disputes and litigation, from investigations and pre-trial, including discovery, to dispositive motions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Most recently, Allison was a term law clerk to The Honorable Andrea K. Johnstone, a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Prior to that, Allison served as a judicial law clerk for New Hampshire Superior Court to the Honorable Mark E. Howard, the Honorable Amy L. Ignatius, and the Honorable Steven M. Houran.
While in law school, Allison was a judicial extern for Judge O. Rogeriee Thompson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
I have been following the trend of increasing investigations initiated by state and federal agencies.
