I routinely work with clients on complex litigation matters. I represent clients in various phases of litigation, ranging from conducting in-depth legal research to drafting memoranda for motions to discovery and trial preparation.

I have experience working with major health insurance carriers in affirmative litigation arising from fraud and breach of contract, as well as businesses in antitrust litigation, and other business disputes.
