Introduction
Susan Robb has over 20 years of experience advising high net worth individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration. She also counsels individual, professional, and corporate trustees and personal representatives on fiduciary duties and best practices in the administration of trusts and estates.
My focus
I work with families to achieve their estate, income tax, business succession, philanthropic, and multi-generational wealth transfer goals. I enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and their advisors, and I focus on implementing clients’ plans with minimal disruption to family dynamics.
Looking ahead
I monitor pending and newly enacted legislation at the federal and state levels and am a frequent speaker on public policy topics of interest to trusts and estates practitioners. I am currently talking to clients about recent changes to the federal and Massachusetts estate tax exemption amounts. I am also following proposed Massachusetts legislation concerning decanting, digital assets, durable powers of attorney, and the Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code.
