I assist clients with real estate transactions, advising on acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, land use, and permitting.
Looking ahead
Developers and landowners face a web of local, state, and federal requirements coupled with varying public opinion and political forces affecting residential and commercial development. I see a shift in public sentiment favoring creative approaches to increase housing stock.
