
Introduction
Elijah Rockhold is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Complex Disputes practice group, representing businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes.
My focus
I represent individuals and entities in various stages of complex commercial disputes, including drafting research memoranda, briefs, and motions on matters in litigation, in ADR, and on appeal.
Before entering private practice, I was a law clerk for Chief Justice Gordon J. MacDonald of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. In law school, I interned for Judge Debra Squires-Lee of the Massachusetts Superior Court, Magistrate Judge Marianne Bowler of the District of Massachusetts, and the Criminal Appeals Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston. I competed in the National Moot Court Competition, receiving awards for the New England Regional Championship, the Best Oralist in the Region, and the Peter A. Donovan Award for Outstanding Oral Advocacy. I also served as a Doctoral Fellow for the Clough Center for Constitutional Democracy.
