I represent individuals and entities in various stages of complex commercial disputes, including drafting research memoranda, briefs, and motions on matters in litigation, in ADR, and on appeal.
Before entering private practice, I was a law clerk for Chief Justice Gordon J. MacDonald of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
