Samantha Shekarchi represents a range of clients, including developers, landowners, and investors, in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
My focus
I focus my practice on community development and real estate, including the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties. My work includes sale-leaseback transactions, property diligence, joint ventures, and land use and zoning. I support clients by drafting and reviewing financing documents, conducting survey and title analysis, performing corporate due diligence, and negotiating key transaction documents to facilitate smooth closings.
Looking ahead
As housing shortages intensify, I am closely tracking emerging public policy developments and regulatory shifts shaping the affordable housing landscape. I look forward to helping clients navigate these evolving frameworks, structure transactions that align with new incentive programs, and pursue deal structures that meaningfully expand the housing supply in the communities that need it most.
