Margaux Snyder-Denham provides extensive trademark portfolio management experience with both U.S. and foreign matters.
I focus on supporting attorneys and our clients in the Intellectual Property group. My work involves all aspects of U.S. and foreign trademark portfolio management for both prosecution and enforcement, including clearance searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, maintaining the portfolios and enforcing our client’s brands. I am adept in reviewing trademark portfolios and identifying potential gap filings, marketing reviews, book and movie title clearances, and U.S. enforcement including oppositions, cancellations, and third-party infringement claims.
I have been following the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Intellectual Property and more specifically generative AI on copyright. AI is quickly growing and already raises infringement and rights of use issues.
