Sabrina Tran represents corporations and individuals in a variety of matters, such as construction, employment, and healthcare.
My practice focuses on complex litigation matters. I have experience representing clients in cases involving breach of contract disputes, construction defect claims, and torts. I also represent clients at all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, Sabrina was a legal extern at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Enforcement, and a judicial extern for the Honorable Edward M. Chen in the Northern District of California.
As litigation becomes more complex and resource-intensive, clients must weigh options outside the courtroom. Alternative dispute resolution may allow attorneys and clients to collaborate on more cost-efficient solutions.
