Introduction
Kristin Vartanian is a member of Nixon Peabody’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group, with extensive experience handling complex cases.
My focus
I represent individuals and entities in all stages of government and internal investigations, as well as complex civil and criminal litigation. I have extensive courtroom experience, having tried numerous jury cases, presented matters to grand juries, and argued motions on a broad range of issues.
Before entering private practice, I served for more than 14 years in New Hampshire county attorney’s offices, most recently as Deputy County Attorney for Rockingham County, where I oversaw an office of 42 attorneys and staff and directly managed a team of supervising attorneys, victim advocates, investigators, and legal professionals. I also had an Honors Clerkship for Judge Tina Nadeau at the Rockingham Superior Court.
