My focus
I coordinate, implement and assist in closing affordable housing and real estate transactions. I make sure transactions stay on track and run efficiently. I assist with review of an array of due diligence matters and draft documents, including, but not limited to, purchase and sale agreement, deeds, leases and amendments; formation and filing corporate entities, drafting organizational documents, such as, corporate resolutions, consents and incumbency certificates; analyze title commitment and property surveys; coordinate title and survey clearance matters, draft title objection notices and negotiate title policy coverage.
Looking ahead
I see the need for more affordable housing, and look forward to working on transactions that can make a real impact on rebuilding impoverished communities.
