/My focus

My practice centers on large-scale commercial real estate sale and acquisition transactions, with additional experience in select aspects of lending transactions. I coordinate and support all phases of transactions, from due diligence through post-closing. This includes conducting preliminary reviews of zoning reports, title commitments, and surveys; preparing closing documentation such as checklists, critical date schedules, escrow agreements, transactional instruments, releases, and closing statements; and managing the closing process itself, including the resolution of post-closing matters.
