Introduction
My focus
I represent corporate and individual clients in a variety of matters, including government investigations, internal investigations, enforcement actions, and complex litigation. I have experience with cross-border investigations in China involving the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). I also have experience in several stages of litigation, including fact investigation, document production, depositions, motion practice, expert reports, and legal research.
I maintain an active pro bono practice. My pro bono work has included representing individuals seeking asylum, advising local education non-profits, working on anti-human trafficking initiatives, and analyzing the viability of exoneration for potential wrongful convictions.
Prior to joining NP in 2024, I was an associate at another global law firm, where my practice focused on commercial civil litigation.
