We are pleased to welcome clients and visitors back to Nixon Peabody’s offices. We remain committed to delivering the exceptional service our clients deserve, while also prioritizing the health and safety of our team members and all visitors.
Please provide advance notice of your visit by reaching out to your firm contact to arrange a date and time to come to the office.
We ask all visitors to monitor their health closely. Please do not come to the office if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or other communicable illnesses. We will be happy to reschedule your visit for another time.
We also ask that all visitors to alert their Nixon Peabody contact if they are diagnosed with, or develop symptoms associated with, COVID-19 in the 48 hours following a visit to one of our offices.
All visitors must read the firm’s External Visitors Policy prior to their visit, and must agree to follow all firm procedures and protocols outlined therein.
/What to Expect
The health and safety of our personnel, clients, visitors, and communities remains a top priority at Nixon Peabody. We have developed the following procedures and protocols in our offices:
- We continue to regularly disinfect our offices across the firm, and we have established new rigorous cleaning routines for high-touch surfaces, conference rooms, and restrooms.
- Generally, face coverings are not required in NP offices, however, the firm will provide face coverings upon request.
- Hand sanitizer and hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the offices.
- Some buildings may have additional COVID-19 guidelines for common spaces, such as lobbies or shared amenities.
