    /Representative experience

    • BrookBeam Dental: Represented the Hudson Valley, New York-based DSO in its formation, and continue to serve as general outside counsel, including add-on acquisitions
    • Sentinel Capital Partners: Served as healthcare regulatory counsel on a purchase of MB2, a multi-state dental services organization, and continuing representation of MD2 on add-on acquisitions
    • HENRY The Dentist: Represented in the formation of a DSO specializing in mobile dental practices and two rounds of capital raises
    • MidOcean Partners: Advised on the recapitalization of Western Mass Endo and affiliated practices. This recapitalization included the formation of Affinity Dental Management. Our team continues to represent Affinity Dental Management as general outside counsel, including in add-on acquisitions, as well as healthcare regulatory, labor and employment, corporate, tax, and finance matters
    • Reachout Health America: Advise the nation’s leading coordinator of mobile dental services on healthcare regulatory matters
