    National Security & Resilience

We help clients enhance their ability to identify, assess, and respond to high-risk environments.

    /Overview

Our world is increasingly complex and dangerous. Entities and individuals face national and homeland security concerns, including in connection with finance, transportation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, public health, and natural disasters. At the same time, the government is developing an aggressive approach to regulatory activities and investigations.

You need experienced counsel at these points of intersection. Our team is comprised of former government national security and public safety officials, including from DHS, Justice Department, FBI, NSA, Department of Defense, and Treasury. Drawing on our collective experiences and working relationships with senior government and legislative officials, we represent clients before these and other agencies, including the Departments of Commerce, Energy, and State, as well as before foreign and international bodies, including INTERPOL.

Our team advises on cross-border investigations, foreign investments, cyber, trade, sanctions, immigration, and other regulatory enforcement actions and proceedings. We assist with planning, managing, and recovering from crises. And we combine our decades of government experience with insight to help navigate the complex laws and regulations affecting global operations.
