Boston, MA. Intellectual property business media organization IAM has named three Nixon Peabody attorneys to the IAM Strategy 300, which highlights the world’s leading IP strategists.

Jeffrey Costellia (Washington, DC), Mark FitzGerald (Boston), and Seth Levy (Los Angeles) have been recognized in the guide’s 2020 edition. The guide lists Jeff for the Legal and IP Management Consultancy sectors, Mark for IP Management Consultancy and Technology Transfer, and Seth for Licensing and Technology Transfer.

The IAM Strategy 300 identifies “individuals who lead the way in the development and implementation of world-class IP value creation programmes,” according to IAM. The guide only includes individuals who have been nominated by at least three people from outside their own organizations.

Release of the IAM Strategy 300 follows the July 2020 release of the IAM Patent 1000 directory, which named several Nixon Peabody intellectual property attorneys as leaders in their field. The IAM Patent 1000 also recognized the firm’s patent prosecution services in multiple regions.
