Boston, MA. Intellectual property business media organization IAM has included three Nixon Peabody attorneys in its 2021 IAM Strategy 300, which highlights the world’s leading IP strategists.
Jeffrey Costellia (Washington, DC), Mark FitzGerald (Boston), and Seth Levy (Los Angeles) are recognized in the guide’s newest edition. It lists Jeff for the Legal and IP Management Consultancy sectors, Mark for IP Management Consultancy and Technology Transfer, and Seth for Licensing and Technology Transfer.
The IAM Strategy 300 identifies “individuals who are leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximize the value of IP portfolios,” according to IAM. The guide lists individuals from all types of entities—including service providers, corporations, research institutions, and universities—and candidates must be nominated by at least three people from outside their own organizations.
The IAM Strategy 300 follows the July 2021 release of the IAM Patent 1000 directory, which named several Nixon Peabody intellectual property attorneys as leaders in their field. The IAM Patent 1000 also recognized the firm’s patent prosecution services in multiple regions.
