I have drafted domestic and commercial tenancy agreements. I have also represented various companies including Crocodile Garments Limited, a listed garment company in Hong Kong for infringement and passing off cases, patents and copyrights.
I also acted for banks in mortgagee actions including issue of demand letters, Originating Summons, attended Order 88 Hearing before Masters in Chambers and acted for banks in companies winding up and bankruptcy matters, and also in the recovery of debt matters.
Hong Kong has an independent judiciary system and a robust rule of law, which acts as an attractive platform for huge businesses flowing between the U.S. and PRC. I believe it will continue to do so in many years to come, beyond 2047.
