Kristi Livedalen is a member of Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes practice. She represents corporations and individuals in a diverse variety of matters.
I focus my practice on complex commercial disputes representing clients in all phases of litigation. I ensure matters run smoothly by assisting with everything from pre-trial motions to trials, post-trials and appeals. I also counsel businesses and individuals before litigation commences regarding their best options in the context of a potential lawsuit.
Emerging technologies and artificial intelligence will increasingly provide opportunities and challenges to the entities Nixon Peabody represents. I plan to guide our clients, including automotive manufacturers, through the uncertainty associated with new technology.
