I focus my practice on evaluation of technology to assess patentability, prosecution before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, coordination of corresponding foreign filings and strategic planning and management of intellectual property portfolios. The main technical areas of my practice include biologics and small molecule therapeutics, pharmaceuticals, drug delivery, biochemistry, polymer chemistry, nanotechnology and medical devices.
