    Patent Portfolio Management

We blend technical, boardroom, and regulatory insights to protect and commercialize your patents.

    /Overview

Our attorneys, technical specialists, and patent agents integrate scientific and engineering knowledge gained from leading research institutions, sector-specific insights gathered in boardrooms around the world, and progressive legal solutions shaped by experience in working with the US Patent and Trademark Office.

Our team, more than 75 percent of whose members have advanced STEM degrees, offers patent portfolio management legal services from the inception of an idea through its monetization, providing counsel about patentability, freedom-to-operate, and data-driven preparation and prosecution of applications.

We work with an expansive network of international associates to protect the inventions of world-renowned academic and research institutions, Nobel laureates, emerging growth organizations, and multinational corporations on a global scale.

    /Representative experience
