/My focus

I collaborate with attorneys and clients on projects throughout New York State. I have worked on projects such as new construction, Small Business Administration (SBA) financings, and affordable housing. It is rewarding to be part of the process’s initial stages and see how these new businesses can stimulate the economy.

I focus on assisting with drafting and reviewing due diligence materials, as well as the preparation of financing documents, such as resolutions, notices of public hearing, tax forms, and other documents, to ensure successful closings.

As the economy fluctuates with new laws and regulations, I look forward to contributing to the success of new engagements that provide new job opportunities, expand resources, and strengthen local connections within the community.
