My focus
My practice focuses on all phases of litigation, including pre-trial motions, the discovery process, trial preparation, and the eventual trial.
Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, I served as a legal fellow for the Legal Aid of Sonoma County. I aided the Small Business Equity and Recovery (SBER) Program, advising clients on entity formation, entity maintenance, commercial leases, business agreements, employment matters, and intellectual property matters.
