I represent banks and other financial institutions that provide corporate trust, fiduciary, and agency services in a variety of transactions such as corporate debt, collateralized loan, asset-backed securitizations, capital markets, and structured financing.
Looking ahead
Our team will continue to pay close attention to the legal and business challenges that corporate trustees encounter in the structured finance market in order to properly guide our clients through a rapidly evolving financial and regulatory landscape.
