    /My focus

I work with equity investors, syndicators, and lenders to structure and close real estate transactions that qualify for federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and other tax incentive financing. I work with clients to draft equity documents, review project financing, and conduct the necessary due diligence to ensure transactions run smoothly and efficiently.

    /Looking ahead

As a result of recent tax legislation, I anticipate significant activity and opportunity in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit industry. I look forward to working with our clients to navigate these changes and take advantage of new opportunities.
