My focus
My work focuses on bond financings and sale‑leaseback transactions involving state agencies and municipalities. This includes conducting due diligence to ensure compliance with state, local, and federal laws, as well as researching, drafting, and reviewing transaction documents to help clients efficiently and successfully finance their projects.
