My focus
From healthcare to technology, I advise clients across a range of industries on intellectual property development and protection. My practice includes supporting universities and academic medical centers in all stages of tech transfer to transform research initiatives into marketable applications. I also have experience in IP litigation, including discovery and trial preparation. While managing the technical and legal complexities unique to intellectual property transactions and disputes, I work to ensure that our clients achieve successful outcomes that advance their long-term commercial objectives.
