I serve my clients in all facets of public finance and project finance with a constant focus on overarching client objectives and needs. I represent a wide variety of clients, including issuers, underwriters, and borrowers on a variety of public finance transactions. This includes due diligence reviews for compliance with state, local, and federal laws, and researching, drafting, and reviewing documents to assist clients with successfully financing their projects.
Given current social and political forces, I expect increasing demand for renewable energy and new opportunities for infrastructure projects, in addition to continued elevated levels of restructuring.
