Introduction
Jon Emmanuel focuses on complex litigation, with a background spanning antitrust disputes, class actions, mass tort matters, and product liability cases. Drawing on experience across all phases of litigation, from early motion practice and large-scale discovery through federal jury trials, Jon brings a strategic and practical approach to high stakes matters.
My focus
My practice covers the full spectrum of complex litigation, from early motion practice through fact and expert discovery, dispositive motions, class certification, and trial. I handle a range of matters, including antitrust, product liability, mass tort, and class action disputes. I work closely with technical and regulatory experts to develop litigation strategy and build persuasive narratives around complex factual records, and have experience arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing witnesses for deposition and trial testimony. Throughout each matter, I aim to give clients a clear picture of their risk and options so that litigation strategy stays grounded in their broader business objectives.
Looking ahead
Mass tort and class action claims are filed earlier in handpicked venues to lock in favorable early rulings. Reactive defense falls short. I focus on reducing exposure upstream, winning early decisions, and remaining trial-ready.Admitted to practice
