/My focus

I counsel companies on a variety of corporate and business law matters and a wide range of commercial agreements, including servicing agreements, vendor agreements, leases, and licensing agreements. In addition, I represent companies in joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions including early risk detection, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and facilitating closing and post-closing mechanics.

Before joining the firm, I practiced as a corporate attorney, counseling startups on legal risk management and compliance and providing guidance to companies of all sizes on a variety of corporate matters including entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, commercial real estate, regulatory compliance, privacy law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and offerings. In addition, I have provided legal aid services on different matters including family law, consumer law, landlord-tenant law, and public benefits.
