/My focus

I assist clients at all stages of litigation, including in connection with making risk-based business decisions, from pre-suit analysis to resolution. My broad experience includes the drafting of complaints, motion practice, conducting and responding to discovery, witness testimony, and negotiating settlements. This experience has included taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses, expert witnesses, and corporate designees, authoring (successfully) of dispositive motions for summary judgment or dismissal, and persuasive oral advocacy.

Over the course of my career, I have appeared as first and second chair at hearings and trials involving a wide spectrum of civil disputes.

In addition to other private practice experience, I previously served as Oversight Counsel for the House Committee on the Judiciary in Washington, DC and as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Danya Ariel Dayson, an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
