    Introduction

Kelly Glynn is an associate in the Corporate practice group at Nixon Peabody and a member of the Tax team. She focuses on various tax issues facing US and multinational companies and has significant experience in international tax and corporate reorganizations.

    Practice Areas

Corporate & FinanceTaxMergers, Acquisitions, and Corporate Transactions

    /My focus

I advise clients on complex cross-border and domestic business transactions.

I have extensive experience advising US and multinational companies on inbound and outbound tax issues related to acquisitions, dispositions, internal reorganizations, intellectual property alignment, tax treaties, and global tax reform, including the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, and subsequent proposed tax reform legislation, as well as the impacts of the OECD’s Base Erosion and Profit Shifting Project.

In addition to my transactional tax practice, I also have experience representing clients in tax controversy and tax litigation matters.

    /Looking ahead

Global tax reform, including the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, as well as the impacts of COVID-19 continue to impact tax transactions. The ever-changing environment and continued focus on tax reform remains critical to assessing strategic transactions.
