Katelyn is a paralegal in Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes group.
My focus
With over 20 years of extensive pretrial and trial experience, I assist attorneys and clients with all aspects of case management, preparation, and research. I have experience coordinating expert witnesses and managing and organizing documents and exhibits in preparation for trial. In addition, I have vast experience analyzing and summarizing depositions, preparing answers for interrogatories, producing and reviewing documents, and drafting procedural motions, briefs, and research memos.

Keeping an eye on new advances and technology in e-discovery in order to efficiently continue to assist clients and attorneys in all aspects of discovery.
