/My focus

My practice focuses on a variety of complex litigation matters, in both state and federal court. I represent clients in all phases of litigation, from assessing initial claims and dispositive motions to discovery, trial, and appeal. I assist clients in resolving and challenging government inquiries, investigations, and enforcement.

I am a former judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen Cardone of the United States District Court of the Western District of Texas.

I am focused on helping clients navigate disputes efficiently and strategically as litigation risks continue to evolve. I follow developments in state and federal courts, enforcement priorities, and commercial litigation trends that may affect how clients assess risk, resolve disputes, and prepare for future challenges. I also monitor developments in generative AI and legal technology, with a focus on how they are shaping litigation practice.
