Robert Isaacson is a corporate paralegal in the firm’s Boston office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Transactions team. He assists the team with matters relating to corporate formation, finance, governance and tax and transactional matters for both foreign and domestic clients.
My focus
I assist attorneys in multiple practice areas with the formation, maintenance and dissolution of corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as the creation, generation and maintenance of corporate stock and action records.
