Michael Ittu is a department attorney in Nixon Peabody’s Construction & Real Estate Litigation practice group.
I help ensure matters run efficiently and effectively by assisting clients in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting in-depth legal research and analysis, and preparing for court hearings. I also assist clients with the discovery process, including drafting interrogatory responses and reviewing documents to help prepare for meetings, mediations, and court hearings.
Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, I served as a temporary deputy county attorney in the San Mateo County Attorney's Office. During law school, I was a law clerk at a boutique law firm specializing in employment and business law and a judicial extern for the Honorable J. Philip Calabrese in the US District Court, Northern District of Ohio. I also served as executive production editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly.
