Jeanne is a patent specialist in the Patents group. She focuses her practice on intellectual property protection and counseling for chemistry and life sciences clients. She was previously a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Biology Department at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jeanne received her Ph.D. in Cell and Developmental Biology from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and received her B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Microbiology from Middle Tennessee State University.
I have patent drafting and prosecution experience across a wide variety of technologies, including model systems, gene expression, molecular biology, biochemistry, microscopy and fluorescence imaging techniques and software.
I believe that continued advancement in the technological and scientific fields is driven by the ability to strongly protect intellectual property.
