Introduction
Fareeha Khan assists with drafting documents, review of due diligence materials, and assistance with transaction closings. Fareeha services attorneys and clients by conducting basic legal research to provide up-to-date information, as well as assists in preparation of resolutions for various meeting agendas.
My focus
I work closely with attorneys on a variety of project finance, infrastructure finance, and public finance transactions. Prior to joining Nixon, I was primarily focused on corporate accounting and the health & benefits space. Additionally, I am certified in Flexible Compensation (CFC), which has provided me the skills to review a variety of Health and Benefits contracts.
Looking ahead
Looking ahead in Project and Public Finance, I am interested to see how the financial market and trends around ever-changing interest rates and affordable housing initiatives impact the projects our team works on.
