My focus
I have extensive experience in advising Hong Kong-listed companies on regulatory compliance, equity fundraisings, corporate finance, and securities law. I advise on Hong Kong-listed company restructurings, takeovers, and privatizations, as well as public and private mergers and acquisitions, alongside general corporate and commercial matters. I also advise on equity offerings on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKSE) and have acted for numerous issuers and underwriters in relation to listings on HKSE.
