Introduction
Dr. Harry Lee is a patent agent with many years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications across a wide range of technical areas, from biotechnology to electronics.
My focus
Patent Prosecution
My practice focuses on patent prosecution across a wide variety of technologies, from stem cell research and therapies/diagnostics including treatment for cancer and neurological diseases to mechanical, wearable, and medical devices. I also perform patentability analyses with a particular focus on medical devices, helping clients evaluate and strengthen their intellectual property position before and during the patent process.
Korean Language Support
I have extensive experience supporting Korea-based clients in US patent procurement. In addition to prosecuting patent applications originating from Korea, I work closely with Korean-speaking clients, counseling them on their patent strategies. I also provide Korean language support for matters requiring Korean proficiency.
Looking ahead
AI is already reshaping fields like drug discovery and therapeutic development, and patent practitioners must evolve alongside these changes. Moreover, as AI is now used in daily life as a tool for productivity, integrating AI into patent practice is essential to better understand the new inventions and improve work efficiency.
