I represent a variety of clients, including issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and other financial institutions. My practice includes due diligence reviews for compliance with state, local, and federal laws, and researching, drafting, and reviewing documents to assist clients with successfully financing their projects.
Looking ahead
In light of current social and political forces and corresponding changes in the markets, I expect municipal issuers to reevaluate priorities and adjust public and infrastructure investments accordingly.
