/My focus

In my practice, I focus on commercial real estate transactions. I help clients navigate projects from early-stage structuring and diligence through negotiation, documentation, and closing.

I have experience in managing acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, including large portfolio transactions, and regularly draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related closing documents. I also assist clients with real property diligence, including review of title, surveys, zoning materials, entity diligence, and site-specific issues that may affect development, financing, or operations.

I work closely with clients, counterparties, consultants, title companies, and municipalities to identify risks, resolve issues, and keep transactions moving toward closing.
