Introduction
Briana is a litigation associate within the firm’s Complex Disputes practice group based in our Manchester office. Briana represents entities and individuals in a wide variety of complex litigation and investigations.
My focus
I represent clients in all phases of disputes and litigation, from investigations and pre-trial, including discovery, to dispositive motions, mediations, hearings, and trials. My experience includes civil and commercial litigation, employment matters, and municipal and land use law.
I regularly assist with drafting and reviewing legal memoranda, demand letters, contracts, and pleadings for filing in state and federal court.
Most recently, Briana worked for a regional law firm on the New Hampshire seacoast. Prior to that, Briana served as a judicial law clerk at the New Hampshire Superior Court for the Honorable Mark E. Howard, the Honorable David W. Ruoff, the Honorable Amy L. Ignatius, and the Honorable Steven M. Houran.
While in law school, Briana was an honors judicial intern for the Honorable Robert S. Murphy, Jr. of the Springfield District Court in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Looking ahead
Clients in 2025 will need to be vigilant in navigating emerging risks tied to evolving regulations and societal expectations. Tailored advice on regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution will be crucial as litigation continues to rise across sectors like tech, environmental law, labor, and consumer protection.
