Patrick McGovern is a paralegal in the Project Finance and Public Finance group with over twenty-five years of experience in the areas of Public Finance, Bankruptcy, Equipment Leasing, Real Estate, and Corporate. Patrick assists with numerous financings involving transportation, student loans, cancer research and treatment, assisted living facilities, public power facilities, affordable housing, higher education institutions, corporate and P3 transactions.
I provide general legal support and assist in the preparation and administration of various legal documents for a variety of public finance, project finance and, infrastructure finance transactions.
The majority of my daily tasks involve assisting attorneys with drafting and revising documents, due diligence review, setting up closing extranets and data rooms; preparing and tracking signature pages and documents for closings; preparing and distributing final closing sets and CDs. Additionally, I prepare and file UCC financing statements, UCC searches, qualification, formation, merger and dissolution documentation.
I am looking forward to working on additional P3 transactions and pro-bono matters, including adoptions; immigations and various community projects.
