Introduction
Siobhan McNulty represents borrowers, private equity sponsors, banks, non-bank lenders, and other financial institutions in a range of complex financing transactions, including syndicated and single lender revolving and term loan facilities, cash flow, and asset-based and other secured and unsecured credit facilities in the retail, technology, and sports industries.
Siobhan also has experience with various lending transactions, including leveraged buyouts and investments, refinancings, working capital facilities, mezzanine and second-lien debt, equity co-investment transactions, and incremental financings, primarily for companies in the healthcare, consumer services, technology, and digital currency sectors. Siobhan has experience with the full lifecycle of deal structures including originations, workouts, DIP financings, and emergence financings. In addition, she represents banks and non-bank clients in commercial real estate finance, subscription facilities, and securitization transactions.
My focus
I advise borrowers, agents, lenders, and other financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions across a variety of industries, including retail, technology, digital currency, and healthcare.
Looking ahead
I expect that as markets stabilize and interest rates likely decline in the coming year, we should see a spike in transaction volume and refinancings of existing facilities. I also expect there will continue to be increased levels of activity in restructurings and extensions of existing loans.
