Sarah Abel is counsel in the Banking & Finance practice group. She regularly represents companies, commercial banks, and other financial institutions in commercial lending and asset-based lending transactions. She also assists clients with general corporate matters.
I represent corporate borrowers, commercial banks and other financial institutions in commercial loan transactions. I have experience with single bank and syndicated loans, senior and mezzanine financings and secured and unsecured transactions in a variety of different industries. I also work with institutional investors reviewing and analyzing credit agreements, which provides me with an in-depth view of current market trends.
I represent companies and financial institutions in a variety of asset-based financings and securitization transactions.
When not focused on financing matters, I assist small businesses and large public companies with general corporate matters, including company formation, corporate governance and public and private debt and equity offerings.
Financial markets will continue to globalize and accelerate technologically, opening the door to new capital markets and alternative sources of funding.
