/My focus

I handle complex commercial disputes at various stages. My experience includes drafting pleadings and submissions at trial and appellate levels; preparing motions for summary judgment, default judgment, and oppositions; presenting oral arguments on motions to dismiss; developing legal strategy and arguments for complex litigation matters; drafting memoranda outlining solutions to multistate legal issues; and litigating at trial. I also manage various phases of discovery, including drafting responses and objections, detailed document review for responsiveness and privilege, and coordinating service of discovery materials and subpoenas.

My prior experience also includes serving in private practice at another firm, in its litigation and government relations departments. During law school, I clerked for the US Senate Committee on Rules & Administration. I also interned for the Honorable Kenneth M. Karas of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, and practiced as a student for the Civil Access to Justice Clinic—Prisoner Civil Rights Division.
