    /My focus

I focus much of my practice on real estate and land use law, specifically in permitting and land use litigation. I have handled a wide variety of land use litigation at the trial and appellate levels in Massachusetts, including cases involving zoning amendment challenges (such as challenges to PDAs and IMPs), easements, adverse possession, boundary disputes, challenges under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act, and enforcement requests.

My practice also includes a wide variety of other matters such as products liability, general commercial litigation, ERISA, and employment law.

I have been a litigator in private practice for nearly three decades. Prior to joining NP in 2024, I worked at other prominent law firms in New England.
