My focus
My work includes drafting and reviewing finance documents, as well as conducting due diligence to confirm compliance with state, local, and federal law. I have experience advising on project and debt financing transactions, including revenue bonds, securitizations, and credit facilities for infrastructure, energy, and transportation projects, as well as drafting key transaction documents and coordinating diligence and deal execution.
Looking ahead
I expect capital investment in infrastructure to expand and for innovative financing opportunities to develop in order to develop local communities safeguard against emerging climate-related events.
